No cooking, healthy low fat food?

I am looking for idea for really healthy food that is low fat or non fat that I can either eat with no preparation at all, or maybe something from the freezer that I can microwave for a few minutes. I have a newborn baby and I have no time or desire to cook at all, period. Any ideas?

Some examples of what I eat:
yogurt
fruit
raw unsalted mixed nuts
morning star chicken nuggets
fat free jello pudding
cheerios w/skim milk
corn, peas, carrots, green beans (canned, but no salt added)

bagged spinach with cucumber, tomato, feta cheese and oil/vinegar or that spray on dressing
sugar free jello cups
frozen fruit bars like Edy’s for desserts
go with Kellogg’s All Bran instead of cheerios
you need more green veggies like broccoli, eat it raw if you have no time
Go to nursingdegree.net and look up "100 Best Foods for Women"…it’s very interesting and helpful.
Avocado in your salad or thinly sliced on a sandwich…
whole wheat bread for toast or sandwiches
turkey, ham or roast beef and low-fat cheese
drink green tea
oatmeal when you can cook…takes 5 minutes or less
almonds is better than mixed nuts
brown rice cups….they take 1 minute to microwave now
pb on wheat toast
heat up kidney beans and black beans with some chicken pieces (in a pouch) and put in a whole wheat wrap…takes 5 minutes in microwave
popcorn…again, microwave
energy or granola bars
soy crisps
veggie chips
rice cakes
cottage cheese
dark chocolate

Will P90X work for me?

I was wondering if the program P90X will work for me. I have been doing it for about two weeks and i love doing it. However i don’t like follow the nutrition guide, but i do eat healthy. I eat what my mother makes and what I make on my own. My mom likes to Cook Healthy so I think I’m good there. But also I don’t have the recovery drink. Is that important or is it not? Also I don’t take protein because i weigh 192 and i want to get down to 185 before i start to take any protein. Should I wait or should I start now taking the protein. Should I get the recovery drink as well. Also I was wondering since I don’t have the pull up bar yet or resistance bands I have been doing the back workouts with weights by doing them the same way as the bands. Is this a good idea or should I really consider getting a pull up bar. Please help. I want to the get the best results I can, I;m giving my all 110% every time and I enjoy doing the workouts. Please help me and if have any other suggestions about how can improve me on anything please tell me. Thanks
And also I am 19 years old and weight 192. I really want to do this to benefit myself, as well get abs and muscles, and a girlfriend…so if any suggestions please help…thanks

P90x seems to work for alot of people, I prefer the gym, but I know many who love it and got great results. Definately take the protein. Weight is not necessarily indicative of fitness. For example, you could be jacked or tubby yet weigh 192. Muscle is heavier than fat, so even if you lose fat and gain muscle (and appear more ripped!) your wieght won’t go down. Also, protein speeds recovery, meaning you have better subsequent workouts and burn more and more calories, getting in better shape, in the process. Get a pull up bar. Pull ups work many more muscles than weights do, (even in same position), and plus, lifting ur own weight is a testament of real-work, usable strength.

Eat 5-6 smaller meals per day, drink green tea and H20, eat what you want one day but eat STRICT the other six. Yeah it sucks sometimes but you’ll get ripped that much quicker. Bodybuilding.com has a great deal of nutrition / workout info too that would def b useful!
