Lentil and Bulghur Fritters
Servings: 30
- 2 cups brown lentils, rinsed
- 2 cups bulghur
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 3 each shallot, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons ground coriander
- ½ cup fresh mint, finely chopped
- 10 each eggs, beaten slightly
- 1 ¼ cups flour
- 1 tablespoon sea salt, scant
