Like the title says, I’m trying to eat more healthy and I’m wondering what kind of cook book I should buy? Also since our economy is in the dumps if the book could include good healthy food receipes that don’t include too many pricey foods that would be great!!

The dumpy economy is exactly why you shouldnt buy a cookbook for healthy food. You obviously have a computer, why not utilize the trillions of websites and recipes online? You can quickly write down a weeks worth of recipes on a pretty notepad or even flash cards and keep them in your kitchen shelf/cabinet.

Healthy Kids’ Snack, Kanten Jello

0 Healthy Kids Snack, Kanten JelloThis is a healthy snack for kids and for people who want to loose weight naturally.

Benefits:

Agar agar (kanten) is high in fiber and a mild laxative. It’s also 100% vegan.

Jello recipe:
- Put 1tsp agar agar powder into a pot, add cup of water
- Mix it well
- Bring to a boil
- Cook it for 3 min, stir it very well
Pour into a container
- Cool it down
- Put it in the fridge
- It will harden like jello in 1 hour
-Break jello with a fork add yogurt, fruit sauce, fruit juice, soup, put it on salad,

Kan ten (agar agar) Jello goes well with everything and kids love it!

0 Asian Salad Dressing..... You will want to put it on everything!!! Healthy Cooking TutorialAsian Style Salad Dressing

This is a healthy salad dressing that still taste AWESOME!!! People that have tasted it swear they start liking vegetables because of it. Try it. You can use this as a marinade if you want as well.

Ingredients

Sugar- 1 Table Spoon
Rice Vinegar- Half a Cup
Red Chili Flakes- 1 Tea Spoon
Garlic- 1 clove (or more if you like, OH YEAH!)
Ginger- Its up to you. Just put about how much I did inthe video.
Soy Sauce- 1 Table Spoon
Sesame Seed Oil- 1 Table Spoon
Red Chili Oil- couple of drops
Black Sesame Seeds- Tea Spoon (optional because its hard to find)
TOASTED SESAME SEEDS- Grind up a whole bunch if you can
Salt
Pepper
Oil- 50% of the overall amount of Dressing
