Trying to eat more healthy wondering do any of you know of good cook books?
Like the title says, I’m trying to eat more healthy and I’m wondering what kind of cook book I should buy? Also since our economy is in the dumps if the book could include good healthy food receipes that don’t include too many pricey foods that would be great!!
The dumpy economy is exactly why you shouldnt buy a cookbook for healthy food. You obviously have a computer, why not utilize the trillions of websites and recipes online? You can quickly write down a weeks worth of recipes on a pretty notepad or even flash cards and keep them in your kitchen shelf/cabinet.
You just saved $22.00 (the average price of bookstore books)
This is a healthy snack for kids and for people who want to loose weight naturally.
