Are two egg whites cooked in a frying pan without butter or anything else a healthy breakfast for a weight lifter?

Depending on your goals you need more than 2 egg whites if you are weight lifting . I’m not sure of your age . You need to add something with it , maybe some plain oatmeal , or you can make a egg wrap w/ a whole wheat wrap , spinach , small amount of mozz cheese and I will add some salsa as well . I normally eat 4-5 egg whites w one yolk , 1/2 cup of plain oatmeal and strawberries , Oh and use non stick PAM icon smile Are egg whites cooked in a frying pan without butter or anything else healthy?
