This recipe looks great!!!… but I don’t like the idea of cooked vegetables, because heating the vegetables can take out their nutrients and thats not good. But don’t get me wrong.. i’m not trying to rude … its just an observation.

miss julia,ceramic cookware can withstand high heat,i personally do not cook directly in it,i make a aluminum packet, these cookware sometimes have lead and cadmium in them,i dont cook often in them.if u want stir fry veggies/meat fast invest in an iron wok.my regards
