mushrooms suck heavy (and sometimes radioactive) metals out of the earth ihto them. the protein is nearly worthless. shrooms killed more ppl than every other food.

Thanks god… no butter and real Olive Oil, I’m Spanish
(Make sure is “Aceite de Oliva VIRGEN PURO EXTRA”, if not, is not real olive oil, and has chemicals in it, they commercialize much olive oil, which is not pure)
The real one is from just pressing the olives, and is dark (kind of like the color of whiskey), if its very clear color, it’s made with the bones and skin leftovers, has added chemicals, plus a 10% of the real oil to give it some taste.

Great information but that’s food is not near as healthy as you think it is by frying it up in that Teflon pan. And speaking of cancer. That Teflon pan when heated is pumping toxic chemicals into those veggies. I’m not trying to rude, just sharing facts and hazards of Teflon pans.
