I want to cook a healthy meal?
I want to cook a healthy dinner 2moro night, any suggestions?
Fish is a healthier alternative to meat – my favourites being sea bass/ salmon/ sole.
If you don’t like fish, get some lean chicken breast and remove any excess fat.
Serve with a flavoursome sauce (spicy sauces speed up the metabolism) over couscous or lentils (These are great for you in placement of carbs like potatoes and pasta).
Vegetables and salad can be delicious if you get the right type for the meal you’re eating (Seasonals are usually fresher). Use variety and a tasty dressing to mix it up!

Or something simple, like grilled chicken with steamed veggies and boiled potatoes
A jacket/baked potato with something like tuna (and light mayonnaise if that’s too dry), chicken or scrambled egg is good for you (just avoid the fatty, salty fillings like butter and cheese)
A stir fry is good because it has loads of veggies in (and if you want meat use lean chicken or fish such as salmon) and you don’t need much oil to cook it in
Put some veggies (peppers, tomatoes, courgette, potatoes etc) in a baking dish, drizzle with a bit of olive oil and bake in the oven until they’re cooked. Again, add chicken or fish if you want some protein
