What are some good foods and deserts that I can cook that are healthy?

Some nice fruit salad, nice oatmeal cookies, nice broiled fish and steaqmed veggies, wtih a little garlic sauted in olive oil or a small amount of butter is nice.

Oatmeal or fruit bran muffins are good and you can get recipes for them if you look on foodnetwork.com. Meatloaf made with oatmeal or Special K with protein added in is a very hearty meal and if you use ground turkey instead of ground beef it gets even healthier and it still tastes really good. I am a big advocate of ground turkey and I like to use it in tacos, hamburger helper, meatloaf, meatballs or just about anything you would normally use hamburger meat in. It’s great because it’s lean and it’s not a red meat so it’s better for you. Hope that helps!!
