@plasmoske Hi Mat, thanks for the comment. Yes I’m a full-time stay at home mom now. That’s why I got the time to blog and make videos and I’m enjoying it. As for the left-over chicken stock, I used it to make hotpot soup base but I will? use it to make chicken rice next time.
