What is the healthiest meal you can think of (for dinner).

I need a:
-main meal
-Afters
-Snacks

If you can state the ingredients in the 5 food groups( breads/cereals, meats, Veg, Fruit and dairy). Also include cooking method ( I only need like oven or grilled, Etc.)

Main meal-
Grilled chicken or fish (meat)
Grilled veggie cobabs with onions, tomatoes, potatoes, and cauliflower (veggies)
Brown rice (bread/cereals)
A glass of nonfat milk (dairy)

After meal desserts-
Nonfat yogurt (dairy)
Topped with almonds (protein/healthy fat)
And whole grain granola (bread/cereal)
And fresh or dried fruit (fruit)

Snacks-
Apples and carrot sticks with peanut butter (fruit, veggies, protein, healthy fats)
or
Yogurt with granola (dairy, cereal)
or
Fruit smoothie with yogurt, fruit, fruit juice, and ice (dairy, fruit)
or
whole grain Pita chips and veggies with hummus to dip (bread/cereal, veggies, fruit, healthy fats)
