Where can I find healthy cookbooks that cooks healthy food?
My hubby and I are changing our eating habit and is losing weight, and eat right. Is there a healthy recipe cookbook that I could use. I have no idea where to start looking for healthy cookbok.
There are loads of "healthy" cookbooks –so many, in fact, that it can be overwhelming. And like anything else in this world, they can vary tremendously in how tasty their recipes are, how easy to make, the kinds of ingredients they use, and even *how* healthy they actually are.
There is a load of stuff online too (for free) about eating healthy.
You can find both some suggestions for healthy cookbooks, and loads of stuff online about eating healthy (and losing weight too if you want), in my answers to these previous questions (as well as information I’ve written in some of them).
Can’t remember exactly which one has the actual cookbooks though–oh, here it is:

All cookbooks have healthy recipes, unless they are cookbooks that have only dessert recipes. Start in a bookstore. There will be a cookbook section.

A good cookbook to help you start would be the Eat Clean series of cook books by Tosca Reno. There are several to choose from. You can check out the website first to see if it looks like something that appeals to you: http://www.eatcleandiet.com. My friend is a registered dietitian and this is what she recommends to her patients who want to lose weight and get healthy.
