I want to lose 30-40 pounds but it’s difficult for me to keep a healthy diet when I have 4 kids and they like to eat sweets and different snacks. We eat fruits and vegetables, we eat right and hardly eat at fast food restaurants and I’d like to try new recipes. Not buying the snacks they like is not an option.

Can you share recipes so I can Cook Healthy foods the kids will like and that will help me with my weight loss? Or share links to your favorite pages!

My kids are 17, 15, 6 and 5 so preparing meals that they will all like sometimes can be a bit of a challenge! I tell them I’m not a restaurant so I can’t be cooking something different for each!
